  • Business Analysis & Review the need to prepare RFP document to express Scope of Work for any type of client needs
  • Review, Decode and summarize the RFP/RFQ/RFI and other solicitation documents to the level of easy understanding and help in judging the attempt to pursue an opportunity
  • Draft resource table and estimate proposal development efforts, time and cost
  • Identify key subject matter expert to compile the specific components of the proposal
  • Build draft versions of the proposal
  • Build estimates of the contract (Efforts, Labor, Cost and Time)
  • Build final versions of the proposal
  • Track/follow-up submitted proposal.

Additionally,

  • Analyze the opportunity for potential teaming arrangement
  • Conduct Market Research and build potential partners/suppliers
  • Establish Build supplier/vendor relationships through contracting agreements
  • Build and Maintain relationship throughout the contract course
